Welcome to our website
PLEASE NOTE! Due to an overwhelming workload brought on by our 8-track enterprises, we are temporarily not accepting new commissions for 8-track recordings at this time. Please feel free to email us with future requests, and after we get caught up, we will get in touch.
Thanks
Dan/Kathy
Welcome to KTS Productions! KTSP is the 8-track production company
for Kate's Track Shack.
KTSP's mission is to bring the 8-track into the 21st century.
We have had bands and individuals contact us about putting their cd's
or other media onto 8-track. Can it still be done you ask? Yes, and KTSP
can do it for you!
In order to meet your needs more completely, we will need to know a little
more information from you. Please refer to our Services
page.
Thank you!
Dan/Kathy Gibson
Exciting news! A new 8-Track museum has open up here locally in Dallas - Deep Ellum. For those not familiar with Deep Ellum, it is an artsy type of area in downtown Dallas. Bucks Burnett opened the museum on Christmas day. The grand opening will be on Valentines Day.
Tickets are NOW on sale @GoodRecords for the Cloud 8 Valentine's Ball with performances by The O's and Stu Discious---also included special meet & greet with Tom Tom Club---Monday February 14, 2011 7pm at THE EIGHT TRACK MUSEUM---limited edition, signed 8 track tapes for sale one night only.
We will be making those limited edition 8-track tapes. The music is great! It's been fun listen to it while recording.
Other 8-Track news. Be sure to check out another 8-track release - 8 Track Remind by Digital Vomit. This is the first "new" 8-track to be made in the UK in 22 years. Manufactured here at KTSP.
We've got another 8-track project in the works, but can't tell you about it just yet. We'll post something here when we can so stay tuned!
We're excited about the new Cheap Trick 8 tracks that have just come out! Seeing one of our players and the newest release of "The Latest" album on the Stephen Colbert show was awsome! You can see more about Cheap Trick on their official website.

How cool is this... (and we were there!)
